Mean pregnancy rates in the Chinese Herbal Medicine group were 60% compared with 33% in the Western Medicine group.
Fertility indicators such as ovulation rates, biphasic basal body temperature, cervical mucus score, appropriate thickness of the endometrial lining were measurably positively influenced by the herbs.
Overall the review found that the management of female infertility with Chinese Herbal Medicine appeared to improve pregnancy rates two fold within a 3-6 month period compared with Western Medical fertility drug treatments.

And in my experience my clients have obtained a significantly higher success rate of achieving pregnancy than the figures quoted in the study review discussed above.
